    The Westin Surabaya exceeds expectations with an perfect hospitality experience, friendly staff, and amazing facilities. The rooms are spacious, clean, and brightly decorated. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Conveniently located above Pakuwon Mall, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts.

    Great location as it's just above a big mall with lots of shops and restaurants. the breakfast was also good, with a variety of options to choose from. the room was clean and spacious enough for a family of four, which was a definite plus.

    The service was quite disappointing. It was frustrating that the staff consistently referred to my husband, even though I was the one making all the arrangements for our family's stay.

    The exclusive amenities in the room met our needs perfectly, from the spa lounge to the in-room breakfast. the restaurant served delicious dishes with special diet menus and the bar/lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel's location right above a mall made it convenient for us to explore the city.

    The only minor issue we encountered was that the parking space was limited and we had to park our car far from the hotel lift. Nevertheless, this hotel's exceptional service exceeded our expectations.

    The breakfast at Westin Surabaya was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The spacious and clean rooms were perfect for our family of four, and the bright colors added a vibrant touch. Despite a slight delay in getting our luggage, the overall experience was great. Being connected to the Pakuwon Mall made shopping and dining convenient. The hotel did a wonderful job of creating a special surprise for my birthday, and the staff made us feel valued and welcome. Despite a minor issue with overcooked potato wedges, our stay was nice and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

    We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Best aspects include the variety in breakfast, clean and spacious rooms with bright colors, friendly hotel staff, and convenient location in the shopping center above the mall. We were able to find everything we needed in this location and had no trouble with parking or transportation. The hotel facilities were great, and we felt appreciated and welcomed by the staff.

    The hotel has a great location close to the mall and it offers a delicious breakfast with many varieties. The staff is friendly and the room is clean and neat with bright colors.

    The hotel staff repeatedly referred to me as “sir” even though I am a woman. It was frustrating and unprofessional.

    This hotel's location in the shopping center is quite convenient. You'll find everything you need in the mall. the breakfast is quite nice, with plenty of variety. the room is clean and comfortable with bright colors. the staff are friendly and accommodating, and the facilities are great, especially the pool.

    The service at this hotel is not up to standard. Staff call guests the wrong name, assuming they are male, even when they show their ID. It is disappointing that in this day and age, hotels still make assumptions about their guests and don't take the time to check their names properly.
